Care about how you feel.

It matters.


It's actually everything.


Your emotions show you what you're creating....


Moment to moment.


Day by day.


Season by season.


Year by year.


They show you what to expect in the future.

They show you what to expect in the future.

They show you what you're actually focusing on even if your mind is jumping around like a ping pong ball...


If that focus is in alignment for you it will feel anywhere from pleasant to euphoric and if it is out of alignment for you it will feel anywhere from unpleasant to nightmarish.


It's really that simple.


Your body is the barometer.

Your body is the barometer.

Trust it.


Please don't just focus on what is.


You'll just create more of the same.


Focus on what you desire until you can almost taste it.


Daydream.


Discover and find the things that make you feel light...

...EXPANSIVE...


Do it all day long no matter what shows up.


No matter how anyone else is doing or feeling.


You weren't born into this body to live a life of suffering even if that's what you've mostly experienced up until now.


You were born into this body to live a life full of exuberant joy.


You were born to create...


And to have fun on the journey.

To wake up every morning excited for the day and to fall asleep every night feeling content and happy.

If this is not what you're living then I want you to know you're not doing anything wrong.

In fact, you are suffering because you are so focused on how wrong you and your circumstances are.


You're focusing on what you don't want instead of what you do want.


So please flip that frown upside down ;p and care about how you feel.


Reach for the best feeling thoughts and emotions you can muster in each moment.


Become a warrior dedicated to learning ways of feeling good.


Don't underestimate the tiniest of acts.


Please include them.


A smile...


A giggle...


The warmth of sun on your face...


Those small synchronicities ...


A soft touch...


Petting a furry friend...


Someone grabbing the door for you...


You grabbing the door for someone else...


A hot cup of steamy coffee (or tea if you prefer ;)...


A bite of something yummy...


A good hug (not one of those weak hugs ;)...


An inspired idea...


The sound of wind in the trees...


A cool song on the radio...


How your butt looks today in the mirror ;)...


Please walk around all day focusing on things you like.

And watch how things just start showing up for you...


First it's little...


And then it gets bigger...


And bigger...


And BIGGER...
