Change it now (the guide)...

In my last blog post, "The fastest way to change something", I mentioned the steps, but I didn't go into detail about what that looks like...

I asked at least one of you to post, "I'm interested" if you wanted to learn more about those steps...you did that (thank you!), so here goes...

We can't change anything through resistance...we change things despite our resistance to them, which means we have A LOT of energy bound up in resisting.

Let's unwind that now.

But I'm not interested in giving you one more tool that you can intellectualize without applying in your life...


So please think of an area of your life where you desire change.

Do it now please.

Don't worry, I'll wait...


Did you think of an area?


Where are you unhappy?


Or would like to be even happier?

Is it your finances?


Romance?

Your career?


Maybe a familial relationship?


Your health?


Once you've got it please grab a piece of paper or open up the notepad on your phone...

And write down the area of your life you'd like to change.


Also write on one side of the page how you feel about it right now...and on the other side of the page how you would like to feel about it.


If you're thinking right now, "This is definitely not the fastest way to change", I encourage you to stick with it. After all, how long have you felt stuck? 5 minutes leveled against 5 years, 5 days, even 5 hours is astronomically faster. ;)


So if you're bad a$$ enough to still be with me...(PLEASE comment below, "I'm bad a$$!")

Example: I want to change my money flows...I'd like 6 more zeros attached to my balance in my bank account. ;p


On one side of the page I'll write how I feel about money now:


-> Disappointed when I look in my bank account;

-> I'll never have enough;

-> Every time I have money it means something bad is going to happen so I lose it anyway;

-> I don't deserve money or I would have had it by now.

On the other side of the page list the OPPOSITE feeling of what is already written:


-> I'm totally and completely satisfied with how much money I have.

-> I ALWAYS have enough money no matter what;

-> Every time I get money greater and greater things happen to me and those around me;

-> I was born deserving of money and more and more is on its way.


Go ahead and please take a couple more minutes to do this.


Really consider it.

Have you done it?


Please don't skip this step.


Don't just think of it in your head.

Take a moment...and write it all down (it'll make the other steps easier).

The first step in this process of changing the thing you just wrote down is to

ACKNOWLEDGE it...

Pssstttt...hint: you totally just did this step by writing it down! Yay!

The thing is...you can't change anything without first acknowledging where you're functioning from in this moment.

What exactly does that mean?

It means if I'm angry I don't stand a chance in changing it if I won't even admit I'm angry! Or scared...or tired...or hurt...or depressed...or confused...or ashamed...or fearful...or anxious...or disappointed...and so on.

But the moment you acknowledge how you feel is the moment you can shine a big bright light on that darkness.

And the healing can begin...

But I don't want you to get bound up here and stuck.

So many of us get stuck here...

Because we'll judge it.

We'll judge ourselves for having those feelings.


We'll make it wrong...but I'm asking you to please, PLEASE, PLEASE expand past that impulse now.


And just acknowledge how you feel...


ALLOWING it to be there without resisting or judging it is the second step in the process...

It's not good or bad.


Or right or wrong.

It just is.


That's the hard (but relieving) part.


Feel yourself melt and lighten as you come out of resistance and just LET IT BE there.


The last part of the process is two fold. First you BREATHE IN a demand and then BREATHE OUT everything that no longer serves you.


Or another way to put it is you'll breathe in the way you would like to feel (look at your list) and breathe out how you feel about it now (you also put this on your list).


Repeat this process over and over with each breathe you take.


Breathe in what you want...


Breathe out what you don't...


In this non-resistant and allowing state those old feelings will begin to break away and the new ones will have space to come in.


Practice this every time you think of that area of your life.


Be kind and patient with yourself.


You're retraining your energy and mind.


This starts changing things IMMEDIATELY... faster than ever, but know it can still take a little time to totally and beautifully unfold.


Thoughts and feelings have a vibration.


When you're able to direct them by acknowledging and allowing them you can change them.


Why?

Because you're now in flow.


You're not getting ahead of the current (this manifests as impatience) or pushing against the current (this manifests as fear of change).


Instead, you're directing the current with all the power of the energies within and around you.


When in flow you're unwinding your old conditioning and actively attracting what you desire EVERY SINGLE MOMENT you're focused on what you want!
