My son made me pinky swear

Today is my birthday, yay! While snuggling on the couch with my two beautiful kiddos this morning my son gave me a gift. 🌞🎁

I have no idea how he knew I needed it.

I didn't even really know I did...

Until my eyes welled up with tears.

I was surprised at how much I needed his gift.

I can feel my heart still opening and clearing from it.

He made me pinky swear* to "try as hard as I can to never compare myself to other people in a negative way again". His words!

He made me pinky swear to "try as hard as I can to never compare myself to other people in a negative way again".

How the neck did he know I needed this?

I never said a word! I didn't even know I needed it!

(Oh right, he's my super intuitive, super empathic boy with a heart as big as the moon. 🌙)

I'm so grateful!!!!

What an amazing birthday present!

So whether you happen to be a fellow October 13th birthday buddy (don't you love when our birthday falls on Friday the 13th?! Woohoo) or your special day falls on another day, if you find yourself comparing yourself to other people in a "negative way" please pinky swear with me now to TRY AS HARD AS YOU CAN TO NEVER COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE IN A NEGATIVE WAY AGAIN!

Please comment below "I pinky swear" if you do!!!!

XOXOXOXOXOXO

*Interesting fact...the heart meridian ends at the inner corner of the nail on the little finger so when we "pinky swear" we're actually locking our hearts together. ❤
