If you find yourself caught in a negative thinking pattern all you need to break the cycle is to think something positive for 17 seconds!
WOOHOO!!!!
By focusing on a positive thought for just 17 seconds this will break the negative cycle, and also start to create positive momentum.
Positive momentum means that after that initial 17 seconds it will get easier and easier to think positive thoughts instead of negative ones, which will lead to a "feel good" cascade.
If you keep practicing, then before you know it, you'll find yourself in a positive upward spiral instead of a negative downward spiral, yay!!!
Please be gentle and patient with yourself as you practice this...most of us have a lot of negative conditioning and have spent WAAAAAYYYYY too much time caught in negative cycles.
Try it out and tell me if it works for you!
Much love to you all! <3
