3 STEPS to overcoming the big obstacle to self-love


We were born with self-love and expressed it freely and openly...


BUT we were almost immediately shut down...


Labeled as "too much" or "not enough" (usually both)...


So somewhere along the way it became UNSAFE to love ourselves...


So we did what we were taught would ensure our survival...


What felt safe and acceptable...


We started to despise ourselves instead...


But that separated us from our true nature of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE...


But somewhere within us we know that we'll always suffer and never be truly at peace while divided from ourselves...

 

Step 1. The first step back to self-love is to unravel all the conditioning and programming that convinced us (and our subconscious) that we are "too much" or "not enough"...


To stop trying to prove to ourselves and others that we're valuable and worthy of love INSTEAD of knowing that we were born valuable and worthy of love and that NOTHING can ever change that...
