Thank you for following our blog! As the owner and primary Reiki practitioner of Crystal Lake Reiki, I want to show you the heart of what I do...all of the amazing, crazy, divine, mischievous, beautiful, and mind boggling realizations and healings I am honored to be a part of.

I'd like to start with why I love Reiki SO much! Whenever I talk about Reiki, I always come back to the same thing - I absolutely LOVE seeing a person's true nature! And by "true nature" I'm talking higher self, highest vibration, the part of a person that makes him or her infinite, divine, expansive. Many people are not aware of this higher self. Before I create the space and delve into a person's energetic body I have no idea what I'm going to find! There are no preconceptions or assumptions. So when I perceive this self, I share what I see and feel. This seems to provide the most gentle and profound of healing. It's kind of like waking up from a dream or being reminded of something you've known all along, but just couldn't put your finger on!

P.S. I took the photo below from 10,000 feet up while on an airplane flying to Peru! I felt limitless and everything was possible. That's what life should be!
