3 Steps to Clear Emotions (w/podcast link)

Are you honoring your feelings? What does it mean to honor your feelings?
Here are 3 steps to clearing emotions.
I call these steps the ABA's..ACKNOWLEDGE, BREATHE & ALLOW
Step 1. Acknowledge how you feel WITHOUT judgement.
Step 2. Breathe! Acknowledging and being with our emotions and suppressed feelings can be intense, so keep breathing.
Step 3. Allow the feelings to continue to be there until they're ready to leave.
